Bio

Every week I will taste a new wine and tell you whether I liked it or not. Also I will include if I ate any food or cheese whilst drinking the wine and how the taste interaction went. This is not specifically for the expert connosoieur, though I do hate Yellowtail and can recognize good flavors when (and following when) they hit my tongue. *NOTE* I do tend to like red wines more than whites so if I say a white is good you bettter try it. Also you will notice I play Risk alot.
